What is the VENTCAP Co-Founder Program?

We believe that the best ideas to make the world a better place come from real needs in everyday life. Almost every one of us has had a eureka moment for some product idea or solution to a problem. But very few are able to pursue the idea further. The reasons are almost always the same: no money, no time, etc. (listed below).

The Co-Founder Program in detail

Challenge	Co-Founder Program
No money	We finance the majority of the prototype development and test phase (including marketing).
No time	We develop a joint roadmap in which the founder, depending on the phase of the project, can continue his work or studies and only join the project after a successful test phase.
No team	We help the founder to develop the product with our experienced experts.
No IT skills	We develop the first versions of an application in-house with our IT experts.
No marketing experience	We develop the marketing strategy and all ads with our marketing experts.
No legal certainty	We develop and test the product within one of our companies. No legal entity needs to be established during the development and test phase.
No financial experience	During the test phase and afterwards, we take over the entire accounting process, including payroll accounting and financial statements.

Co-Founder Process

1. Application

You apply your idea with a short description and your personal details

2. Review of the idea

We check the potential of the idea and whether we are the right partner to implement the idea

3. Call or Feedback

If we believe in the idea and are convinced that we are the right partner, a call will be set up

If we don't believe in the idea or we don't think we are the right partner, we will give our feedback with some advice on how the idea can possibly be implemented elsewhere

4. Kick-Off Meeting

If the call goes well, a kick-off meeting will be organised. The next steps will also be coordinated at the meeting: Procedure test phase, investment coordination, objectives test phase, spin-off scenarios, etc.

5. Prototype & testing phase

In this phase, the first prototype will be built and quickly tested. All predefined parameters and goals will be permanently analyzed and, if necessary, adjusted

6. Spin-off or termination

If the test phase is successful, a spin-off will be created. Usually, a new company will be founded. If the test phase is not successful, the project will be terminated
